I purchased a men’s bomber jacket for 190.00 on December 11th hoping to get it for a Christmas gift to my son. I only have been receiving messages that the jacket will go out, then I get nothing. Then they’ll say sorry it’ll go out next shipment, again nothing. Then the blamed on covid (which I get) however I asked for a refund and I heard o reply. I need help and would like a refund. Here it is April 30th 2020 and nothing!
I ordered a bomber jacket for my son on December 11th 2019 for Christmas and I have yet to receive the item I paid for. I keep getting the run around stating it’ll be shipped with the following orders! Then I’ll get another email saying sorry it’ll be shipped with the next batch, again nothing. I asked for a total refund and I’ve heard nothing from this company! How do I go about getting my money refunded?!

I purchased an item off the company and three days later was wondering why I didn’t get an email saying the item was shipped. So I reached out to the email provided above and asked was the item being shipped, I was told that the money was refunded because of fraud risk. I was told the money will be refunded with 3-7 business days, I found it weird that I had to reach out to find out that my money was refunded the same day the purchase was made. After waiting the whole 7 days no refund was posted in my account and my emails were not responded to asking for a confirmation of the refund.
