Total money lost $644
Type of a scam Tech Support
Called HP concerning printer failing to print. Have no idea how I was connected to these guys. Spent most of afternoon on phone with them and they also had full access to my computer. The fee for what they did not do was $644.00 should have had a red flag by now. Anyway when the printer failed to work again I called HP at which time I was connected to an actual technician for HP who was able to fix the issues with my printer. When I questioned him about the two men I dealt with the day before and gave him all the information I had on them he told me that they were not employed by HP and I should contact my credit card and cancel the fee immediately.
Credit Card company refused to give refund because I gave the individual my credit card number.
