Get message that appears to come from a friend about DHHS having a winners list and this friend got lots of money from them and I should check to see if my name is on the list. But to get the money you need to send them money. I got a name and text phone number. This is my 2nd go around the first time was in March. They hacked friends messenger and contact list that’s how they get names.
