I was contacted by a friend on messenger and his account was hacked he told me about DHHS gave me a phone number to text I text them and they say that I qualify for $50,000 all I had to do was send $1,000 to the address in Irvine and text message them the FedEx numbers of shipping and they would send me a check in 2 days
