Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
This report was filed days ago and was altered. Not even close to my initial report. I applied for a VA loan thru Dewan Financial and was immediately accepted because I was using the property as collateral. Then the process started. They needed $500 upfront money,which I sent. Their financial backers need more money and eventually they got a total of $3400 dollars from me. This after being promised by many people there that the loan was processed and was to be delivered. The loan amount was for $290,000.00 and still has not be sent by them. The money needed to be sent thru Bank of America. Please don’t try to use these people. They sound very promising,but don’t even listen to them. I have managed to po my realtor,my friend and his realtor in this whole matter.
