to whom it may concern,
I try to sell my car on craigslist and received a text message from a potential buyer that was trying to trick me in to buy a report from a pngage I’m not familiar with. I was suspicious from the beginning on since from experience, in the first 24hours of placing an ad you will usually do not get any serious buyer.

According to the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) this pngage is not recognized and therefore not authorized for reports and obviously a scam.
