Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered Desir Brilliance Skin Cream and Eye Serum for $9.91 and a 14 day trial. Before my trial period of 14 days ended I called to cancel membership on February 27, 2017. They had already charged me two charges on Feb. 22 and Feb. 23 for a total charge of $174.91.

When I called 888-663-0937 (they have several numbers and Names). They said they could only give me a credit of 50% of the total. After 30 minutes of going back and forth I decided it was better then nothing. However, the terms and conditions are at the very bottom of the website after you click on free trial. It is under the name of Lueur Saine Angeless and for those products and not the products I received, which is under the name of Desir Brilliance.

It is very deceiving and customer service had to guide me to the terms and conditions. Also the Trial starts from the Order Date and not when you receive the product. Also only mentioned in the very obscure Terms and Conditions. How can you try something 14 days if you haven’t received yet.

The ad is very deceiving and they make it very difficult by hiding their terms. They also have many phone numbers and different names. Beware.
