They MAKE you take the eye cream when you order the sample (they say no recurring fees). Less than 14 days later your credit card is charged $86.00, 2 times! I rejected the products, had a VERY hard time getting the address. Called and cancelled 2 times. by phone. Contacted my Bank and changed my credit card….due to their fraud. They refuse to return any of my $, even though I HAVE a PDF of the cancellation #’s, and E-mails. I NEVER even used the products (still in sealed containers)…and they refused to let me return the products. They SAY the $86 x2 on my card will STAND. I contacted my bank for help…they say can’t do much. Next, I go to my attorney…no kidding! NO one should be scammed like this! I have an appt. with the bank tomorrow, if they can’t give me help, I sue!

I was on pinterest looking at makeup tips for older women and came across 17 tips. I saw something that was supposedly on shark tank and you could get a free trial of a skin cream and eye serum. I ordered a one time total 10.95. When I went back to look the product had changed completely to a different name. curious I went back and it changed yet again.
I contacted the 1-888 number twice and they have no such order number yet it was already charged to my credit card with email confirmations.
I called my bank immediately to get charges removed but they were not able to cancel order and we started dispute paperwork, when i called the second time I did ask to speak with a manager or supervisor but none available.
My concern is not over the 10$ abut the revolving charge to my card. Attached is one of the emails I received. The other is a different .com company
