The offer is described as a free trial of face and eye cream, you pay online the shipping costs ($5.95). Two weeks later my credit card was charged for $179.95. When I discovered the scam, I called their support number. They advised me the free trial PERIOD (their offer said nothing of a free trial period, it just said free trial) had expired, and since I had not returned the product, I was charged the full price and it was non-refundable. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, and I was advised that it was not their job to speak to customers. I asked for my money back several times and was refused.
