this company advertises a product to try FREE & you simply pay the shipping costs. In less than 10 days you start seeing charges for $94.92 for a product they claim you had 14 days (from the order) to use – NONE of this info. was given at the time of shipping or order. The customer service reps. # stated they are located in Dallas, TX – and the emails rec’d list Regal Marketing Group, Inc. POB 559100 Dallas, TX 75355. The customer service reps. are extremely rude and stated the product had to be ret’d in less than 14 days and unopened – how do you try a product w/o opening it?? Plus NONE of this info. was given to the customer at the time of order – only a request for your credit card to handle the shipping costs (and then of course additional charges that were NEVER authorized by the customer) – total false advertising and a SCAM!! Plus the lotion made my skin itch & caused an eye infection!
