Ordered a sample of product online. Provided my card # for one time shipping only. Charges of $92.30 started showing up in my card, then I received two shipments of the product within a week. Since I could find no way to contact the company, I sent the products back usps and called my bank to report it. At that time, my bank was able to give me a phone number for the company. I called and was able to stop the auto ship (that I never wanted) through an automated system. When I called back to see when I wiuld receive my refund, ths csa states I had signed up for autoship, I did not have authorization to return it, and they would not refund my money.
