Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare
On Sunday, June 4, 2017, I received a telephone call from a female stating that they were offering a dental savings program and explained the cost and benefit. At that time I could not understand her as she was speaking too fast so I then spoke with a gentleman named, Lucas. He went through the whole plan for me. He, too, was talking so fast but I did agree to a dental plan. He also stated I could cancel at any time. I then gave my MasterCard number to Lucas. He took all the information. We then ended the call. I was supposed to receive my information regarding the plan within approximately four days. After the call, I began to get worried. I called my bank today, Tuesday, June 6, 2017, and the bank verified that the money was taken out in the amount of $29.95. which would be paid monthly, $40.00 for a sign-up fee, plus an additional $1.00 for something I am unsure of. The bank stated it would be wise to contact ScamPulse.com to get a rating and it also may be a good idea to cancel.
