Type of a scam Phishing
Received a call from 703-684-9690, caller ID shows Democracy Data. Asked for me by name, once I confirmed it was me (said yes), they hung up. Tried to call the number back and it’s listed as disconnected. Looked up the number online and found it listed on numerous websites for this Democracy Data. It’s a scam to get you to say "yes" to "something". Don’t answer them! Also saw this reported on several number lookup site with the same setup.
