Type of a scam Debt Collections
Called more than once seeking personal information (e.g., address, birth date) but would not provide information about what the call was about. Asked for me by name, but seemed to know nothing else, just seeking identity verification, most insistent. The person calling was rude and abrasive, not honoring my request to terminate the call, so nothing to do but hang up each time. Totally bogus and time wasting. I asked to have my number removed but the request was ignored. I assume it was an effort to gather information that would result in efforts to collect money or identity theft. Do not have anything to do with Delta Management Associates. When asked for specific information about the company, i was not provided with anything useful but a name to look up on the web. Turns out they are some sort of collection agency apparently. This assumes that the person calling was even from Delta, no way to know. Again, bogus and offensive phone calls.
