Received a phone call from 1-888-860-8224 where they claimed to be the entity behind VISA and MASTERCARD credit, they also answer the phone as "Card Member Services". They claim they want to help lower your interest rates and try to coax the full number of your credit card to "confirm you are the card holder". They even asked for the 3 numbers on the back. They can see into your account, balance and recent transactions. The ability to see this is used to gain your confidence that they are who they say they are. They lead up to a scam to get you on a consolidation program but then say it’s not that. They are rude and hang up on you if you start calling them on their scam. Never give your card numbers to these guys or fall for their hoax.

Delta Financial Services called my dad who is 87 years old several times, and he hung up on them before. Then he took their call, and was on the phone for an hour and a half, he gave them his social security number and other PII. Then my brother called them to say he didn’t want it. My brother said he sounded like a regular foreign guy and a cell phone. He said the guy agreed to stop it.
