Type of a scam Debt Collections
Received a supposed Law office of Dellway in NC from a phone number, 937-972-0038. They are trying to collect on the debt I supposedly incurred from online loan back in 2010. I don’t have internet. They asked me to give them credit card info, to which, I said I don’t have one. Then, they instructed me to go to a store, put in money to a card and give them the card number. They knew my name, SS#, Birth Date and Phone number.
