I was on Amazon’s website shopping and a pop up appeared stating someone was trying to get a tv bought in my name. I told them I had GeekSquad, they said no one else can fix my firewall but them. So I paid them $800 to fix my computer, they wanted to add on additional charges for 1-3 years of security monitoring. I wouldn’t pay the additional fees, so they said they’d do that for free.
