Type of a scam Tech Support
Scammer called and claim they are from Dell Warranty service and that they charged my banking account 499.00 for warranty annual renewal which I never purchased because I do not have a personal computer, mine is provided by y company. They had the name of my companies laptop and service tag number. I recently contact dell tech support in which they did resolve issue so it appears they are gathering information from Dell some how. They claimed I needed to be in front of my computer to go into web site to request cancellation and refund for funds accessed from my bank account.
