So this individual contacts me on information that he received via a car loan I recently made. The debt is 17 years old and was included on Bankruptcy. Not only that it is using an old married name, I have been incarcerated for 8 years and this guy ED calls my cell phone then calls my employer harassing me. He has become what can only be called a stalker. Federal law states that after a debt has been discharged or PNL’d that a debt is noncollectable.
