I ordered a pair of hearing aids in February 2020, and used a credit card to pay for the purchase. I soon received a "your order is confirmed" email. The email said I would receive an email and text when the order was ready. My April 2020 credit card statement indicated that Decible Hearing Aids had been paid on 02/21/20. I realized how long I had been waiting for the hearing aids, and now saw confirmation they were paid for, but I had heard nothing for 6 weeks. I called the phone # on their ad, and spoke to a young lady named Erin. She told me they were having trouble getting parts for the model I bought, but they would upgrade my order to a model available. I waited another month, and tried to contact them again. The phone rang and rang, no answer. I called multiple times again over the next few weeks, and never an answer.
