called on the phone saying they were debt relief services. offered to lower credit card debt by transferring all credit card balances to a Discover card and citi bank card with 0% interest. The cost was $3990, than discounted the price to $3490 due to Discover might charge for the transfer. You would save thousands of dollars and have a lower monthly payment. Transferred you to a floor supervisor and gave you a conference number.
