Received mailing from this address with Notice #DC51094550 stating estimated Creditor Balances were $21,000. It wanted me to contact this number by January 15th to receive an amended balance of approximately $10,500, with payment of $315 per month for 36 months. It was an offer to negotiate with creditors and gave me the phone number: 800.241.3588 (Client Negotiations Dept).
This is probably a scam to collect money from me for paying off credit at half the total bill. Of course, they probably keep the money and disappear.
We have no delinquent debt and I wondered where they got information like this on me. We have never missed a payment on anything!

They sent a letter saying I had 18,000 in credit card debt and wanted to settle for 9,000. This is a lie I don’t have 18,000 worth of credit card debt. I knew it was a scam because I just purchased a house and the bank ran my credit plus I don’t even have that many credit cards.

Received Mail: "Important Second Notice" very professionally put together letter. I called the ScamPulse.com in Los Lunas NM and the lady said when ever you see a Main St. Address more than likely is a SCAM. The letter had the 1800 number all through out. That number was 1-800-701-3446
Keep an eye out and I hope this helps someone else.

Hello,
I received letter by mail post marked from Boca Raton, FL (permit No. 1535). The return address was San Antonio, TX. When I searched address it came up as Collage admission office. Not a Debt Referral Program.
I do not carry any balance on my cards, this is why I became suspicious.
Thank you for your help,
jen
