I sent proof that I didn’t owe a debt, but they won’t close out the account from Stephen Curry Real Estate and keep calling me. I explained the law to them as it applies in my situation and they said they can’t do anything to my account because they already set me up for payment arrangements against my consent. They said that setting me up for payment arrangements was a mistake and then explained to me that there is nothing I can do but pay the debt. After telling them I’m going to record the call I was hung up on. Nothing has shown up on my credit report and I’ve yet to receive any letters from them.
