They are calling and saying that they we can extend our vehicle’s extended warranty, they will provide additional coverage. They won’t clarify if they are directly affiliated with the car’s manufacturing company. Once you start asking questions, they hang up. The number they are calling from is incorrectly identified on caller ID, says Appleton, MN, I know for a fact that there is no such business in Appleton MN. But it also causes concern because I have connections with that area.
I have asked them at least a dozen times to remove me from their calling list, they say they will and a couple days later I get another call.

I have received several calls from Dealer Services about my car’s warranty being expired. I have an extended warranty on my car that is still active and they still continue to call me after I have repeatedly told them to put me on the Do Not Call List. I have asked for there address and they won’t provide it. I have asked for there business name and all they say is it’s Dealer Services. It it continues, I will sue since I have been on the National Do Not Call Registry since 12/06/2019.

Help!!! I’ve been getting multiple calls maybe 4 calls per week from this company about Car Warranty Extension even saying my name on the phone. I’m desperate with them, I don’t what another insult may make them in order to avoid their calls. I requested in every call for them to take me out of their list, they say OK we will do so. But, then a couple of days after I receive another call.
They pronounce my name correctly, describe what kind of car I do have, make, and color. This is insane!!
I need the government to banish those scammers with Hindi ascent, so I believe they are using Calls Centers in India to do so.
They call from different numbers every time, I’m tired of blocking them.
Lat call was from this number: 813-296-8829
Thank you!!

These people have been calling me for months claiming they want to offer warranty on a new car I bought. I’ve asked them to take me off their list several times. They dont Speak English well and continue to harass me. When u ask to talk to a supervisor they hang up on me or claim they are in a meeting. I block their numbers and then they call me from a different one. This is happening multiple times a week and has been gone on for months. I’m starting to fear for my safety because they are getting angry and aggressive when I tell them to leave me alone.

Robocall says my car warranty is expiring, press 1 to connect to rep. After pressing 1, connected to someone named "Audi". Asked who he worked for, said "Dealer Services". Asked him to take my name off his list, he laughed, said no, and hung up.
For the record, I own no car with any warranty. Their area code and prefix for their phone number is simply the same as mine.

These people have been calling our home for a year, under several different phone numbers, offering extended warranty coverage on a vehicle we no longer own. We have tried many times telling them this, and we have asked them to stop calling, but they persist. They call up to six times a day, at all hours. They harrass our family.

Receiving calls starting at 7am most weekdays. Call several times a day, say they are adding me to their do not call list, but continue to receive calls. Dillon Thompson, Maria, and Ashley are the 3 people who continually call, many times the same person calls within 10 minutes again. This has to stop, there must be some way we can protect ourselves from these goofballs.

The callers will call from dealer services offering to sign me up for car warranty. I have requested many times not to be called again. They will not give me a number to call to talk to a manager or director or even point me to a website. They call at least three times a day and can be up to six times. About every month they change phone numbers, but it is constant. I feel like they could be taking advantage of older people who do not understand what is going on. It is certainly hard on me since I use my phone for work and their number is the same area code of my customers and the same area code of my kids school. I cannot not answer the phone and I get this company harassing me on the end of the line.

I have received a couple of voice messages telling me that there is still time to purchase an automobile warranty. When I called 855-729-3814, the operator says are you calling about your Jeep, I said no and then said what type of vehicle do you have, I said an Acura MDX, then I asked what is the name of this company and was disconnected. I tried calling back several times and the scenerio was the same. Finally, a girl said the company was Dealer Services and she, too, hung up. I found it strange because I was initially contacted several months ago and almost bought the warranty which was approx. $2,500.

For 6 months I have received calls from multiple numbers saying my warranty on my Ford Edge is running out and this is my final call and last chance to keep my warranty. It started with actual people calling, I would answer and say I have never owned a Ford Edge. They would then tell me they will put that in the notes and that would be the end of it. At least for a few days or a week or two. Then the calls would start again. It has turned into an automated recording tell me my warranty is ending and if I answer then I’m transferred to an actual human being. I don’t know what else to do. I’ve signed up for the Do Not Call registry. But its been 6 months and I’m at the end of my rope.

They call repeatedly stating they are making a final offer on an extended warranty for a vehicle I don’t even have. However, they do have my correct name and number. They have called about 9 times and I always ask to be removed from the calling list and clearly that does’t happen.

They call and identify themselves as Dealer Services. In my case, I have recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma (2014). Not sure on how they got my information like email, phone number and make and model of recently purchased vehicle but Dealer Services claims to represent Toyota’s vehicle’s warranty department. They say that they will extend your factory vehicle warranty and by paying this amount today using a credit card you will be entitled to the many free promotions. They constantly insist on credit card information and say that if you don’t make the deal today the promotions will expire.
