i purchased 3 electric scooters from a website nvoostore.myshopify.com and when i emailed the company to request tracking info on my package because the original website was no longer available, the emailed me back notifying me that they had to change domain names to dudedealstore.myshopify.com and that my package was going to be shipped out 2-3 business days and that i will get my package in 15-20 days. the purchase was made november 17th. the email reply from the company was on nov. 21st. i have tried numerous times through email to get a response to getting a tracking number for my package, i have yet to get a response back from this company. i even tried emailing them from a different email address to see if they would respond, but they do not email me back. now my concern is that i was just scammed out of money, why else would they not respond back to their customers.
