Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
I was sent a confirmation of purchase on 2-15-2019 for the total of $189.99 at 3:19pm. They charged this to my credit card and it said Dazzling Skin Cream and beneath that it said 7 bottles of Keto Blast on my credit card invoice. I did not make this purchase and I was literally driving when this bogus order was put through.They have a no reply to that emailed order confirmation but furnace a phone number. I notified my credit card of this fraudulent charge/purchase and an investigation has been started. I finally got a hold of a person that the phone number from the confirmation email. They told me I can not return the product then started offering me 25-50%off of the purchase. I kept telling them I did NOT make the purchase and they would not listen. When they answer the phone they say customer service but no name of the company your calling. I was given to a supervisor whom gave me the same BS. So my next day off I call the number again and tried to get a company name and got only the product name from them. So I told them my next step was to contact the ScamPulse.com and said bye/hung up. They promptly called me back offering an approved full refund if I’d provide them with a confirmation number from my credit card company that I dropped the investigation. Hmmm…fishy! The order confirmation did not have a correct billing address as well. I plan to keep this all going until whomever did this is caught and things are made right-so this doesn’t happen to anyone else or me agaist…I’d liek to see them shut down and punished!
