Type of a scam Rental
A person attempting to rent a house that is not his house. Posted pictures and address online via Craigslist and email. The address of the house is 2570 Due West Cir NW, Kennesaw,GA 30152. A person claiming to be the owner of this address going by the name of David Tisadale attempted to get my information and rent it to me. When I checked tax records and GIS, I could see the owner listed as Christopher K Stone, I challenged Tisadale as a scammer and he did not return my email to deny it.
