I received a call on my CELLPHONE from 754-600-3471 say his name is David Sawyers from Publisher Clearing house and I have won 2 Million dollars and a car and all I had to pay was the 1% to the Internal revenue, he David Sawyers would give me $500.00 so all I have to pay is $300.00 when they get to my door. I told him, ONCE they get to my door and give me the check, I will take it to my Bank and give him the $300.00. He told me it Can’t be DONE that way. I will have to Pay the $00.00 up front and he is giving me $500.00 and all I NEEDED was $300.00. I told him I Don’t give up $300.00 and Can’t see the Check or the Car. He told me Publishing Clearinghouse will give all that Money to a Donation. I said ok. He hung up.

He (David Sawyers) just calls and he said that I had won 2 million and so much money, and I said this is scam, because you havent sent me anything yet. Cause if I had won it two weeks ago, they should have sent me something. And he said no, it’s because you have not made your payment, he said yea $90. Then I said to him ScamPulse.com says that when you have to pay money it’s a scam. Then I said what’s your name and he gave it to me and then he gave me his phone number and I asked where are you located and he said Alana, TX. And that was all. I didn’t ask what business he was with because I couldn’t understand him real good (accent). I told him I would call him back after I get off the phone with ScamPulse.com if he is not a scam, and he hung up.
