This David Palmer contacted me saying that I won’t a free home and all I had to do is pay him $240.00 in order to get government funding license and then he could deliver my new home. He has a Facebook account David Palmer and he shows off all of these mobile homes and says that they are giving away so many of them and that my name was chosen as a winner. Just seems to me to b email a scam cause if u win something up should not have to pay anything on it.
