I met this guy on Facebook almost 2 years ago. He was using another name at the time. He was going by the name of Cyril Moreau. This guy is a snake in the grass. He will lie cheat and even threaten his victims. I am pretty sure that I am not the only one that he has stolen money from. Please warn others of what this guy is capable of. His real name is David Ovie Obanuta. He told me that he lives in Nigeria but to be honest I don’t know where this guy lives. He says that he is presently in South Africa. Warn others not to send him any kind of personal information because he will threaten to use it against them.
