I received a letter from Data Report Center, informing me of my "available CASH/PRIZE opportunity for the payment-to-winner when selected." The letter says that the "report of entrant directives are now awaiting direct transfer and release of said report. This letter is misleading – implying that I won $1,200,000 but all it really says is that I am guaranteed to receive an opportunity to win if I return the "Upgrade Order Voucher" and pay a $34.99 report fee. The letter was signed by Marc Hanson and William (Bill) Richardson.
