Got a call from these people claiming that the price of toner has gone up but many business’ were not informed due to an error and that they would provide the toner at the per-adjusted price of 469 dollars. He made it seem like he was from Konica Minolta, our printer contract but at the end of the call said he was from Data Copier Products and someone would call to confirm the order tomorrow. After doing research online I found that the toner was sold at a HUGE mark up around 10x the price online. They were not forthcoming with who they were from the beginning and made it seem like they were someone with Konica Minolta rather then an independent business.
