Type of a scam Government Grant
This guy named Darrell Woodfordth called me on my way to work today, claiming that i have qualified for government grant for being a good citizen, that I have paid my Taxes all this years,that I am qualified to receive this grant and I have two options on how to get my money either using my bank or the currency exchange, then i choose currency exchange. Then he said that before he can confirm that i am who I said that I am, that I need to confirm my contact information, who read my address, my phone number, my name was mis spelt and i told him yes, that is right, he said my age, current age, i said 35, my marital status and i told him single. So he further gave me this 202-643-4835 number to call to claim my money and he gave me a confirmation number CS101 that i should give the confirmation number to his senior manager or supervisor before I could go to currency exchange to collect my money. I tried calling the number that he called me with but the number did not go through (202-684-0000). I did not call any number yet and i noted that I need to report this because my Yahoo Account has been hacked since last week I have been having trouble with my email account. Scammers should leave me alone
