Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was looking for something for my grandson and they’re company came up with better pricing compared to amazon and others. So I made the purchase, received a confirmation number email and all. Next day I receive email with tracking number and all the info. 2 days later get a email saying package has been delivered. Driver left it by garage. Well first I don’t have a garage and there was no package. I call ups and the tracking number they gave me belongs to someone else another address. I email the company no response I email the seller no response. I call PayPal cause that’s who collected my money they won’t return my money unless I go to ups get letter proving it was a bad tracking number when they have all info and they can call 800 number to check. But instead they want me to take off from work to do this. It’s been over a week and no package no money. I thought PayPal was trustworthy
