He said he is the Human Resources Manager to (Iol Chemicals And Pharmaceuticals Limited) located in India, and promissing a Payroll Clerk position and collected some information, he said I needed to transfer $500 so that he can purchase some materials for work. I declined since I got he was a scammer. He is in Freelancer.com as danielwills266 and then he said that he would ask me through Google Hangout and did not send emails from the company he stated he is from.
