Daniel C McDermott, aka DCM, approached me at my place of business with a sample of his advertising service of a neighbor business and sought to do the same service for my new business. At first, I rejected the idea thinking that it doesn’t seem that its worth my money. He called and came back a couple weeks later, offering to reduce his price for the same advertising service. At this time, he’s also shown a copy of my neighbor ad works that he has done for them and convincing me that it has done well for them.

On October 19, 2015, I signed up to have a one time advertising service from him for $150.00. I wrote DCM a check for $110.00 and traded a merchandise (valued at $40.00) for the remaining balance. The check cleared my bank on 10/21/15. However, as of today, 12/09/15, we had two exchanges-one time in person and via email. My recent emailed to DCM on 11/30/15, seeking a refund based on none-performance of service, he responded "Sorry it is a drag, As you said yourself the draft takes time and the season demands more from us all.

Please do not bother Doug with the agreement between you and I.Doug has not had time to revise the original proof free of charge, as I mentioned when we were going over the original proof his regular fee is one hundred dollars an hour.Patience now will yield bounty later."
