I paid $26,000.00 to Daniel Vera Abraham to fix the leak in my roof and ceiling. He said he was a contractor and had his Lic but it would be less expensive to do it without his contractor’s Lic. He insisted all be in cash. He gave me a hand written contract which he did not sign. After he left my roof and ceiling had bigger leaks and fell apart. He never completed the work. Then when I files a law suite he hired an attorney stating he never once ever entered my home to do any work and he never made a contract for me. He denied I ever hired him, he denied I ever paid him any amount of money, He denied he ever worked on my house and now my home is uninhabitable. I had to move out and rent a home. It is going to cost me more to fix his mistakes then what I paid. He is a fraud. The DA has many other complaints against him He has an AKA *** ***.
