Type of a scam Phishing
The above city/state and phone number appeared on my phone. Person asked for me by my first name. I didn’t answer to the first inquiry, they repeated it again and then said "this is Dale". I replied "yeah, what do you want" and the call disconnected. Wondering if this is the phone scam waiting for the party to say "yes". There was no further conversation, I have no idea what the call was about. My husband, who is home during the day states that there have been several calls over the last few days from someone asking for me, again by name, and saying that my name has come across their desk as a person interested in making extra money. He has told them to quit calling. Unknown if the call I answered may be the same.
