I saw an ad on Instagram for a sale in shoes.
I bought a pair from this website, and 2 weeks later still haven’t received my order.
I attempted to check my tracking and my order on the website is classified as “processing”.
In the “contact us” section of the website, there is only an email option. No phone number.
I sent an email inquiring about when I expect to receive my order. That was three days ago and I still haven’t heard back.
I’ve already been charged for the purchase, and my order is still processing.
I’m not sure how to proceed and was hoping you would have some tips. Thank you so much for your time.
