The product came with an impossible to notice small leak on a small part of it, that when initially tested with a little bit of water could not be seen.
The third day after receiving the package when finally putting the received product to use was when the defect was noticed which immediately followed a call to report the need of a replacement.
I was informed by customer support to send an e-mail with the evidence of the damage and wait for instructions. I was then e-mailed that I could not return the product because the product was opened or possibly used due to the fact. I called and was then directed to their terms and conditions which states differently of only a process that serves RETURNS and no language is used to imply what steps to take if faulty or broken merchandise is delivered. I continued calling and the same results – customer support continues to inform me the exact wording of their terms and conditions.
