Says she has puppies to give away for rehoming fee but wants everything sent by Western Union. Then she passes it off to a shipping company that holds the puppy and demands money sent by Western Union to a "Director of small funds" or they won’t release puppy. The shipping company is safe pet relocators. They look legitimate but no payment options listed. Phone numbers are IP phones that have roaming IP addresses. Be careful.
