I was looking for a French bulldog puppy and found cylixfrenchies.com. They had talked with me about everything said they set up a delivery for us to receive the puppy. We did pay $700 to them to ship the puppy and they sent us a “tracking code” which did not work and when we messaged them about it we never heard back from them and they won’t answer us now at all.

They falsely advertise puppies for sale and ask for payments to be forwarded via Zelle or Cash App. They contact you via text all the information about the puppy and delivery. In our case we used Zelle. The Zelle account info was to be sent to : [email protected] with the phone number 901-610-1666 Then they tell you they’re getting all information together and will delivery the dog via airplane and puppy to be picked up from airport. Then, 1-2 hours later, they text back asking for additional monies for a thermal crate due to Covid-19. That’s a scam as well. When you request to get your monies back, they get silent. Then they say they never received the money.

I reached out to this website to see how much puppies cost as it was not advertised on line. I was emailed back with a picture of the puppy that I had clicked on was 650.00 and that once I pay for the puppy i will get it the same day. I paid and was sent over a contract to sign saying the shipping company was picking the pet up. They reached out stating that they needed money for a crate for the dog , then money for insurance for the dog & money for medication for the dog. I disputed the charge with my credit card company.

We were looking for a golden retriever puppy. We found the website and got in contact with what we thought was the owner. He goes by the name Brandon Coolman. We filled out their questionnaire. Paid for the puppies through ZellePay and should not have. Brandon states that he will call us in the morning to let us know shipping information. When that happened the shipper requested an additional $2600 which was "refundable" when we received the puppies unharmed. We did not do this and was what alerted us to their scam. Unfortunately we are out $1300. The shipping company continues to call wanting the money to ship the puppies and threatens us with time in jail and $50,000 fines. *******  states that he does not know what to do and that he can come up with half of the money to ship the dog if i will pay the rest, no! He states that he will Zelle the $1300 back since their website states 30 day refund policy which you know is not true.

For anyone else out there, don’t get scammed. I am sick!
