Type of a scam Tech Support
Came in through Microsoft. Put up a warning that my Comcast account was hacked and I must call this number to have it fixed 1-888-571-5397. They called on the phone and said they were from Microsoft and they would take care of the problem of being hacked for $385.00. Gave them a check for the services and they said it was all fixed. Called Comcast fraud dept and they said they would not put up a warning but call in person. Went to bank cancelled check closed checking account and then had to have my computers scanned for hidden files so they could not do it again
