Type of a scam Tech Support
Got a message on my computer that said I had a virus and that I had to call this number 1-888-707-2111 to have the virus fixed. The message also said that if I shut down my computer without having the virus removed that my computer would be locked and could not be used. I called the number and was told that it would cost me $1000 to fix it by a computer tech that could do it on line. The scammer called themselves Cyber Voice Solution. I was told to write out a check to Think Global.
