The website claims it can hack into websites where you lost or forgot your password. I tried to use them to get into a old Facebook account and they had me send money via western union and never provided any service or refund. I paid them 250 dollars. I have the whole email chain if you need that. I would just like the site shut down so no one else is scammed.
