I received an email that was supposedly from CVS Pharmacy (the "from" line showed CVS). The email said that I could get a free reward by completing a survey about my experience with CVS Pharmacy. I regularly do business with CVS Pharmacy, and, as luck would have it, I had just been there a couple of days before receiving this email. So, I clicked on the link to complete the survey. I completed the survey and got a message thanking me and inviting me to pick my reward from a list. The list consisted mostly of various over-the-counter vitamins and supplements. I chose a product called "Keto Xtrafit". I then got a message saying that the reward was free, but that I would need to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling, and asking for my credit card information, which I entered. However, when I got my credit card statement, I discovered that they had charged me the $4.95 on the date that I completed the survey, but then they had charged me an additional $90.76 about two weeks later.
