Has what looks like to be valid website and email. Correspondence and phone calls to discuss purchase. You send deposit and then makes excuses why the pickup time and place is not going work for emergency reason. Then offers to ship puppy if you send balance plus shipping fees. Then when you ask for deposit back says he hasn’t got because of his emergency and use of monies to pay for transfer of ownership. Continually tells you that he has never and would never take money without delivering puppy. Then when told that you contacted attorney and would now have to report to Federal and state authorities. He turns off the charm and starts to call you pathetic, etc and says that if I decided go go after him he would meet me in court. After doing more investigation found that phone number was an app generated number. He used the name Christopher Hill and said his son name was Goerge Clarkson.
