Via FedEx Overnight Delivery, received letter and cashier’s check stating to evaluate Wal-Mart and CVS stores in my area. Specifically patronize Wal-Mart using their money transfer service then to CVS to use their MoneyGram service to send money to recipients listed in the letter.
Also, received text messages from the supposed company 1) "Congratulations, you’ve been qualified to take part in the CustomerProphet Secret Shopper you signed up for and survey assignment with $300 reward has been assigned…….. confirm receipt." 2) "…..confirm delivery of package." All methods of communication from a Richard Haluska, Task Assistant Coordinator, CustomerProphet Survey Inc.

Received a certified mail envelope containing a letter and check asking to participate in a Secret Shopper Survey at Walmart and CVS store. It asked to deposit, keep $300 and then transfer money to individuals all while taking note of service. I even received text messages from the so-called phone number on the form saying "How are you today? Kindly confirm the delivery of the CustomerProphet survey package that was delivered to your address on today by postal service…Richard Haluska . Task Assistant Cordinator . Customer Prophet Survey Inc"
