This person placed his ad on Craigslist for a empty home and posed as the homeowner for 10541 coal canyon ave. Las vegas nv 89129. He will approve you for a rental application and then take your monies. He will say he will mail you the keys..then he will give you a entry code to allow yourself to see the home. He will text you a bogus code that somehow works to a home that is not his. By the time you figure out he is not the homeowner he is long gone with your money. Also he will come up with every excuse in the world as to why he cant mail you the keys. He told me the cashiers check I mailed to him did not go through.
