I ordered a cubs jersey for my son (customized with name and number) from this site. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and foolishly did not closely examine everything on the website. I received a confirmation email with an invoice for the purchase, but also noticed that my card was charged more than the amount. The invoice was for $49.99 but my card was charged $62.63 plus a foreign exchange rate adjustment fee. I then realized that something was wrong, and spent more time looking at the site and realized red flags such as in their FAQ section: "11. Why do you charge my card more than your product price? We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the blank as the blank fee. Hope you can understand."
There is no phone number, and I tried sending emails to the contact email address as well as through their "contact us" section in which you fill out a form with your inquiry. Obviously, I have not received any response and of course have not received the jersey. It has been a month since I placed the order.
